Mr Warby is a leading silk in sports and regulatory law, media and entertainment. His stellar career has seen him appear in cases involving a who’s who of notable identities, including Max Mosley, Elton John, Naomi Campbell, JK Rowling and Lord Ashcroft. He has been rated as one of the UK’s top 5 barristers.

Working on behalf of the BHA, Mr Warby has led a string of successful prosecutions for betting-related corruption of races, as well as important legal contests in football, rugby and other sports.
